Expert chefs designed each thoughtful meal to combine the right amount of elegance and indulgence to fuel holiday romance.

February 9
Center Bar and Parlor Lounge Mardi Gras Celebration

Party-goers can celebrate Mardi Gras at Center Bar and Parlor Lounge with the festive, specialty cocktail “Who Dat Hurricane.” The palatable elixir is a Category 5 mix of Mount Gay Black Barrel rum, Rémy Martin 1738 cognac, Giffard Pample mousse liqueur, tangerine, hibiscus and lime juices. Parlor Lounge-branded Mardi Gras beads and masks will be given away and entertainment will feature The Jurassic Jazz Band from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Center Bar and Parlor Lounge National Margarita Day Celebration
Tequila lovers can celebrate National Margarita Day at Center Bar and Parlor Lounge with the specialty cocktail “Borracho Silencio,” a delicious mixture of El Silencio Espadin mezcal, grapefruit and lime juices, orgeat syrup, and Crafthaus Brewery’s Mirage Island Hopper mango saison. Authentic street tacos will be available for $3 each or 3 tacos for $7 at the festive taco stand.

Grgich Hills Wine Dinner at Aureole
Mandalay Bay and Aureole have teamed up with the renowned Napa Valley winery, Grgich Estate, for an unforgettable wine pairing dinner. The five-course extravaganza will be hosted by Vice President of Operations & Sales Violet Grgich and Mandalay Bay Director of Wine Harley Carbery. Featuring specialty dishes created by Aureole Executive Chef Arnaud Masset, each course will be paired with a Grgich wine, carefully selected to complement every delicious bite.

Della’s Kitchen Farmhouse Dinner
Della’s Kitchen will host a farmhouse dinner to tantalize taste buds with regionally sourced and sustainable offerings showcased through five courses designed by Executive Chef Jay Calimlim. The menu will feature the best seasonal produce, meats and fish available paired with farm-inspired cocktails. The dinner will be held in conjunction with the 2016 For the Love of Cocktails event which celebrates a common vision of sustainability, philanthropy and quality.
