St. Patrick’s Day Menus and Events
Celebrate the luck of the Irish with festive menus and specials available at select MGM Resorts restaurants:

March 17
An Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom: St. Patrick’s Day Food & Beer Tasting

Bellagio Executive Chef of Banquets and Catering Michael Burns will kick off this year’s An Executive Chef’s Culinary Classroom event with a St. Patrick’s Day themed class.
Guests will learn to make warm Smoked Salmon with cauliflower cream and caviar, Chicken Pot Pie and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each paired with a festive brew.

Celtic Feis
Guests can revel in St. Patrick’s Day festivities with food, drinks and live entertainment at Nine Fine Irishmen and Brooklyn Bridge at New York-New York. Authentic Irish fare such as Corned Beef Sandwiches, Shepherd’s Pie and Irish Bangers as well as drink specials including specialty cocktails, shots and beers will start at $7.

This March, Beerhaus will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the following food and beverage specials:

  • St. Paddy’s Stout – a collaboration beer created exclusively for Beerhaus by Tenaya Creek Brewery with a smooth mouth feel and a subtle aroma of chocolate chip oatmeal cookies, priced at $8 per pint.
  • Corned Beef Dog – served with mustard and cabbage, priced at $8.


Snack Wagon Takeover at Harvest by Roy Ellamar

Snack Wagon Takeovers have returned for 2017! As part of the Takeover series, culinary aficionados have the opportunity to interact with their favorite chefs each month as the guest chef takes charge of one of Harvest’s signature snack wagons by featuring their own specialty small bites and traveling table-to-table discussing their selections with diners.

Wine Spectator’s Top Wines of 2016
On Friday, March 3, 2017 join Chef Charlie Palmer, Wine Spectator and Mandalay Bay Director of Wine Harley Carbery to celebrate Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2016 and the opening of the all-new, reimagined Aureole Las Vegas. Guests will have the opportunity to taste Wine Spectator's award-winning wines while sampling from Aureole Las Vegas' new tasting table experience menu. Tickets include unlimited wine tastings, Aureole menu items, entertainment and more.

Chateau Palmer Wine Dinner
Mandalay Bay Director of Wine Harley Carbery and Jean-Louis Carbonnier will host a Chateau Palmer Wine Dinner at Aureole. Guests will experience a delicious four-course menu featuring Beet Marinated Kona Kampachi, “Bacon Wrapped Bacon,” Merguez Wrapped Rosen Farms Lamb Loin and a Trio of Cheese Cakes. Each course will be paired with a premier selection of Chateau Palmer wines from the Bordeaux region of France.

Fireside Chats at Libertine Social
Every Saturday night in March, Libertine Social will host Fireside Chats with Executive Chef Jamaal Taherzadeh at renowned Chef Shawn McClain’s social dining concept. Guests will enjoy seasonal food and beverage pairings at the restaurant’s interactive chef’s counter. The intimate food and beverage pairing events will host two seatings of 11 guests each.

Guests can enjoy the following social happenings every week:

  • Delano DJ Series – Fridays, 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
    Every Friday evening, guests can kick-off the weekend with eclectic beats from local DJs while sipping on specialty cocktails by the award-winning Franklin mixologist team. No cover charge.
  • Chords & Cocktails – Saturdays, 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
    Every Saturday evening, guests and locals alike are invited to enjoy live local music and artfully curated cocktails at Franklin Lounge. No cover charge.

Skyfall Lounge
Guests can enjoy the following social happenings every week:

  • Rosé Fridays at Skyfall Lounge – Fridays, 8 p.m. - close
    Every Friday at Skyfall Lounge, guests can unwind and enjoy Rosé and cocktail specials atop Delano Las Vegas with stellar 180-degree views of The Strip. Guests also may enjoy small bites, available until 10:30 p.m., and live entertainment beginning at 9 p.m.
  • Sunset Hour at Skyfall Lounge – Daily, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
    At this elevated happy hour, guests may enjoy specials on cocktails, beer, wine and bar bites while taking-in the spectacular sight of the Las Vegas Strip.
  • Champagne Toast at Skyfall Lounge – Daily, 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
    Every evening hotel guests are treated to a special Champagne Toast at Skyfall Lounge from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. A Delano Las Vegas room key must be presented to receive the complimentary amenity.


Guests can enjoy the following social happenings every week:

  • Geeks Who Drink – Wednesdays, 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.
    Guests with a competitive spirit and a wealth of useless knowledge get the chance to show their stuff at Wednesday Trivia nights. The lively weekly competition is the ideal place to challenge friends or team up against others for a spirited good time.
  • Happy Hour – Daily, 2-6 p.m. 
    Beerhaus' take on Happy Hour offers $4 select draft beers and hot dogs. For guests with a late night craving, Beerhaus also offers Reverse Happy Hour from 10 p.m. - close featuring $4 hot dogs.
  • Live Music
    Beerhaus’ concerts by the bar provide guests with live entertainment Thursday – Saturday for their listening enjoyment. Hours are as follows:
    • Thursday,  8 p.m. – midnight
    • Friday and Saturday, 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.
    • Sunday, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Party at The Park
Every Tuesday from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., guests are invited to get the party started with $5 beer, wine and shot selections at participating restaurants at The Park. Live entertainment also will be available for guests’ listening enjoyment in addition to fun games such as ping pong and corn hole.

BRAND Steakhouse

As part of the ongoing transformation into Park MGM, Brand Steakhouse at Monte Carlo will close Thursday, May 11, 2017. Details on a new concept for the space will be made available in the coming months.

Shake Shack
Shake Shack will now offer Mionetto Prosecco in 375ml bottles available for $15 each, as well as a gluten-free bun option.

Also, for a limited time, Shake Shack will offer the following seasonal treats priced at $5.79 each:

  • Salted Vanilla Toffee – Salted vanilla frozen custard blended with toffee and topped with whipped cream
  • Mint Cookies & Cream - Mint frozen custard blended with chocolate wafer cookie crumbles and topped whipped cream
  • Mud Pie – Marshmallow frozen custard blended with fudge and coffee, topped with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
