Snack Wagon Takeover at Harvest by Roy Ellamar

Each month, guest chefs take over one of Harvest’s signature snack wagons offering their own specialty small bites and traveling table-to-table to chat with diners. The interactive Takeovers give culinary aficionados the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and mingle with their favorite chefs.

  • Date: Thursday, August 3 featuring Chef Sheridan Su of Flock and Fowl, a popular local restaurant showcasing a Chinese menu with a focus on sustainable ingredients.

Tequila Tasting at Twist by Pierre Gagnaire

During his summer visit, world-renowned chef Pierre Gagnaire will host a tequila tasting experience on Wednesday, August 16. Guests will indulge in a six course tasting menu paired with masterfully mixed tequila cocktails.

Summer of Beer at Michael Mina’s Pub 1842
This August, Tenaya Creek Brewery will take over four taps at Michael Mina’s PUB 1842 with specially selected beers from the local Las Vegas brewery. Guests may order a 12 oz. beer for $6 or select a beer flight of all four beers for $10. Tenaya Creek Brewery is one of three local breweries to be featured during the 2017 Summer of Beer series.

Fireside Chats at Libertine Social
Libertine Social will host Fireside Chats with Executive Chef Jamaal Taherzadeh at renowned chef Shawn McClain’s social dining concept. Guests can savor seasonal food and beverage pairings at the restaurant’s interactive chef’s counter. The delicious five-course menu also is available in the main dining room every Saturday evening.

  • Rosé Fridays
    Every Friday at Skyfall Lounge, guests can unwind with rosé and cocktail specials atop Delano Las Vegas with stellar 180-degree views of The Strip.

    • Time: Rosé cocktail specials, 8 p.m. – close; Small bites available until 10:30 p.m.; live entertainment begins at 9 p.m.
       
  • Happy Hour
    At this elevated happy hour, specials on cocktails, beer, wine and bar bites are available along with a spectacular sight of the Las Vegas Strip.

  • Champagne Toast
    Every evening hotel guests are treated to a special Champagne Toast at Skyfall Lounge. A Delano Las Vegas room key must be presented to receive the complimentary amenity.

  • VIP Bottle Service

  • Chords & Cocktails
    Every Saturday evening, guests and locals alike are invited to experience live music by local bands and artfully curated cocktails at Franklin Lounge. No cover charge.

THE PARK
Weekly social happenings at Beerhaus include:

  • Geeks Who Drink
    Guests with a competitive spirit and a wealth of useless knowledge get the chance to show their stuff at Wednesday trivia nights. The lively weekly competition is the ideal place to challenge friends or team-up against others for a spirited good time.

    • Time: 8 p.m. – 10 p.m.  
  • Happy Hour
    Beerhaus' take on Happy Hour offers $4 select draft beers and hotdogs. For guests with a late night craving, Beerhaus also offers Reverse Happy Hour from 10 p.m. - close featuring $4 hotdogs.

    • Time: 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.  
  • Live Music
    Beerhaus’ concerts by the bar provide guests with live entertainment Thursday – Saturday for their listening pleasure. Hours are as follows:
    • Thursdays,  8 p.m. – midnight
    • Fridays and Saturdays, 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.
    • Sundays, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Party at The Park
Guests are invited to get the party started with $5 beer, wine and shot selections at participating restaurants at The Park, in addition to fun games such as ping pong and cornhole.  Live entertainment also will be available for guests’ listening enjoyment. The Moonshiners will play on Tuesdays while the A-List will be playing on Wednesdays.

Jean Georges Steakhouse
The recently refreshed Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA is now open. The updated restaurant by Michelin starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten features new interactive menu offerings and a contemporary design. MGM GRAND
Joël Robuchon Restaurant
Joël Robuchon Restaurant will be closed for service from July 31 – August 13 for annual restaurant updates. The venue will re-open on Monday, August 14.

Fiamma Trattoria & Bar
Fiamma Trattoria & Bar will be closed for service from August 13th – August 24th for annual restaurant updates. The venue will re-open on Friday, August 25th

Centrifuge
Centrifuge has launched a new, whimsical cocktail menu featuring Scorpion Punch Bowls and Cotton Candy Martinis. To download complete menu, press the “Click to Download” button at the top of the page.

Corkage Fees at MGM Resorts International

  • Outlets at Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano Las Vegas and The Mirage have a flat corkage fee of $50 per bottle (750ml) with a two bottle maximum per table, or $100 for one Magnum bottle (1500ml).
     
  • Outlets at New York-New York, Luxor, Excalibur, Circus Circus and The Park have a flat fee of $50 per bottle (750ml) with a two bottle maximum per table, or $100 for one Magnum bottle (1500ml).
