Thanksgiving Menus
The chefs at MGM Resorts’ restaurants are expressing their gratitude and giving thanks with gobble-worthy menus and specials this Thanksgiving.

Football Season Menus
Several restaurants will feature a culinary playbook of specials and menus perfect for game day this football season.


MGM GRAND
Michael Mina’s PUB 1842
  • BBQ Tailgate Menu
    Every Monday during football season, PUB 1842 will offer a special BBQ Tailgate Menu featuring delicious BBQ favorites and unlimited side dishes.
    • When: Mondays
    • Price: $42
  • Football Brunch Menu
    Early risers can catch the game and indulge in a Sunday brunch menu now offered at PUB 1842. Menu highlights include The Pig & the Waffle, PUB Steak & Frites and the Gridiron Mary.
    • When: Sundays
    • Time: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
TAP Sports Bar
TAP will offer the following weekly activations throughout football season:
  • Football Breakfast Menu
    Hearty breakfast items and early game-day specials are available Saturdays and Sundays during football season.

    • Time: 9 – 11 a.m.
  • Drink Specials and Giveaways
    On Mondays, guests may enjoy exclusive beverage promotions and prizes during games. 
THE MIRAGE
  • Owner’s Box Special
    Throughout football season, guests can reserve VIP seating and enjoy a selection of unlimited brews and spirits at The Mirage Race & Sports Book.

LUXOR
Select Luxor bars and restaurants will offer a variety of food and drink specials to enjoy on game day. Highlights include a Big-Game Burger at Public House and buckets of beer at Flight bar, Playbar, Centra Bar & Lounge and Aurora.
 
EXCALIBUR
Each week, guests can cheer on their favorite team at select Excalibur bars while enjoying specialty cocktails and beers.

Snack Wagon Takeovers at Harvest by Roy Ellamar

Each month, guest chefs take over one of Harvest’s signature snack wagons offering their own specialty small bites as they travel table-to-table to chat with diners. The interactive takeovers give culinary aficionados the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes and mingle with their favorite chefs.

Executive Chef Joshua Smith welcomes acclaimed London chef Calum Franklin to the BARDOT Brasserie kitchen on Sunday, November 26. Guests are invited to enjoy a decadent tasting menu created by Chef Franklin showcasing his modern flavors and creative presentations.

Hundred Acre Wine Event
ARIA Resort & Casino will host two exclusive culinary events showcasing cabernets from acclaimed winemaker Jayson Woodbridge of Hundred Acre, along with delectable cuisine from James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain and Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

MGM GRAND
Morimoto First Anniversary Weekend
Masaharu Morimoto will celebrate the first anniversary of Morimoto Las Vegas at MGM Grand November 3-4 with a weekend full of opportunities for guests to hang out with the famed Japanese chef and star of Food Network’s “Iron Chef America.”

  • $300 Seven-Course Pairing Feast
    • When: Friday, November 3 & Saturday, November 4
    • Details: The seven-course meal features fan favorites – including the Toro Tartare and White Truffle Wagyu Beef Carpaccio – along with opulent wine pairings, capped off with a pour of Louis XIII. Both dinners are now sold out.
  • Cookbook Signing
    • When: Saturday, November 4
    • Details: Beginning at 3 p.m., Chef Morimoto will join the iconic golden lion in MGM Grand’s lobby to sign copies of his latest cookbook, Mastering the Art of Japanese Home Cooking. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at MGM Grand’s lobby store, Grand & Company. Culinary buffs will have the opportunity to take pictures with Chef Morimoto, and have a cookbook or personalized photo signed by the Iron Chef.

    TAP offers happy hour specials on domestic draft beer, draft wine, draft cocktails and well drinks.

    Every evening, hotel guests are treated to a special champagne toast at Skyfall Lounge. A Delano Las Vegas room key must be presented to receive the complimentary amenity.

  • VIP Bottle Service

Franklin Lounge
  • Delano Art Series
    Delano Las Vegas is showcasing eight rare, first-edition cocktail books from the Collectif 1806 Collection, dating back to the late 1800s and early 1900s. In celebration of the display, Franklin Lounge has curated a special drink menu inspired by the cocktails featured in each book. The books will be on display until the end of December

     
  • Chords & Cocktails
    Every Saturday evening, guests and locals are invited to experience live music by local bands and artfully curated cocktails at Franklin Lounge. No cover charge.

THE PARK
Beerhaus
  • Geeks Who Drink
    Guests with a competitive spirit and a wealth of useless knowledge get the chance to show their stuff during Wednesday trivia nights. The lively weekly competition is the ideal place to challenge friends or team up against others for a good time.

    • Time: 8 – 10 p.m.  
  • Happy Hour
    Beerhaus' take on happy hour offers $4 select draft beers and hot dogs. For guests with a late-night craving, Beerhaus also offers reverse happy hour from 10 p.m. - close featuring $4 hot dogs.

    • Time: Happy Hour: 2 – 6 p.m.; Reverse Happy Hour: 10 p.m. to close  
  • Live Music
    Beerhaus’ concerts by the bar provide guests with live entertainment Thursday – Saturday. Hours are as follows:

    • Fridays and Saturdays, 9 p.m. – 1 a.m.
    • Sundays, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Party at The Park
Guests are invited to get the party started with $5 beer, wine and shot selections at participating restaurants at The Park. Guest also can enjoy live entertainment and fun games such as ping pong and cornhole. The Moonshiners will play on Tuesdays while the A-List will be play on Wednesdays.

FIVE50 Pizza Bar
During every Vegas Golden Knights’ game, guests are welcome to cheer on Las Vegas’ home team at FIVE50 Pizza Bar with delicious pizza and beer. Specials include $18 pitchers of beer, $25 buckets of beer, $6 select pints and “slice and beer” promotions. 
 
MONTE CARLO
Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar
Hogsalt Hospitality’s Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar is now open. Like its Chicago sibling — feted by Esquire, Zagat, Food & Wine and tapped by Andrew Harper as one of the best steakhouses in the world — Bavette’s delivers time-honored steakhouse traditions with a dash of French flair including multi-tiered seafood towers, dry-aged bone-in ribeyes and a curated cocktail program highlighting speakeasy classics.

THE PARK
Underdog at Beerhaus

Hockey fans from all over are welcome at Beerhaus at The Park. Every night the Vegas Golden Knights hit the ice at T-Mobile Arena, Beerhaus will feature the “Underdog Special,” a hot dog or brat inspired by the unique culinary scene of the visiting hockey team.
