LAS VEGAS (December 8, 2014) --- Bellagio Resort & Casino has added a delicious and healthy beverage selection to its award-winning food and beverage portfolio. Continuing to raise the bar on quality and freshness, the resort now serves USDA-Certified Organic, cold-pressed juices. Proudly displaying the USDA Organic seal on each label, the kale, beet and carrot juices are gluten-free and made from organic fruits and vegetables, allowing each juice to be power-packed with flavor and nutrients.

To create the juice, which is made and bottled in-house by Bellagio’s culinary team, a hydraulic press juicer slowly and carefully applies tremendous pressure to the fruits and vegetables, extracting nectar directly from the pulp. As a result of this process, a superior juice is produced without the oxidation and degradation that can be caused by blending or grinding various ingredients together. Nutrients and enzymes remain intact, high-quality plant nutrition is at its max and the taste is straight-from-the-farm fresh.
The juices, priced at $12 each, are available for purchase at Jean Philippe Patisserie, Spa Bellagio, Palio, Palio Pronto, Café Bellagio and Café Gelato. The three delicious flavor combinations include:
